I will NOT tolerate any unacceptable behaviors such as lack of respect towards myself or my work.

To order commission(s), send me the character reference and which style you want along with the preferences of poses or additional information through the Commission Form for personal use or my e-mail ([email protected]) for commercial use.

I will do: OC/Sona, ship art (ask first), fan art (personal only).

I won't do: heavy NSFW, furries (kemonomimi is allowed), mecha, realism style, gore (slight blood/stitches/bruises is allowed), extreme bara, hateful and problematic contents, fetish art or anything else that makes me uncomfortable.

The only currencies accepted are USD and IDR.

All IDR prices are for Indonesians only.

All commissions must be paid fully after the initial sketch, or possibly (with agreement) half after the sketch and half after the work has completed.

Payment is available only through PayPal for USD; Local Bank transfer (BCA) for IDR.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

Payments via PayPal are sent via Invoice method only unless otherwise stated. I will cover the PayPal fees as it is expected from the artist per PayPal ToS. What you see is what you will have to pay.

Payments receipts are needed for Local Bank transfer.

I'll be sending the sketch of the commission first, if the client agrees with the initial sketch and there's no further revisions, client should do the payment within 24 hours and I'll proceed to finish the commission. If the client didn't pay within the set time without any explanation, I'll be canceling the client's order.

Repeated counts of commissioning a project and failing to pay will result in blacklisting.

Please note that all of my sales are "Digital Artwork" and it is the artwork’s "Intellectual Property" that is purchased by the client.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client, to be physically shipped to them.

I am not required ever to ship any item unless it was explicitly discussed.

Default canvas size for regular and sketch commissions are A4 (2480 x 3508 px) while chibi commissions are in 2480 x 2480 px. All in 300dpi resolution.

The client can also request the canvas size, but sizes bigger than A4 300dpi is not allowed for personal-use commissions while the maximum size for commercial-use is 5000x5000 px 300dpi.

Commissions will take days to several weeks to finish, while Live2D models will take 1–3 months. I will let the client know when will I start the commission and I will update the progress every few days once the commission process has started. Any delay will be informed to the client.

If the client needs the artwork to be finished quickly or done by a specific date, they need to communicate it to me before I start the commission. Rushed deadlines will add extra charges. Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided. (Not available for Live2D Model commission.)

If the client wants the PSD and CSP file for illustrations, please let me know beforehand! (Will add extra charges, available only for commercial-use.)

Up to two major revisions can be made during the drafting (sketch & line art) phase of the commission. Only minor adjustments can be made afterwards.

After the order is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed if the missing or inaccurate elements are my faults (e.g., I overlooked details provided in the order).

I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.

Final result will be shared through Google Drive link.

Files that will be included for illustrations are watermarked and non-watermarked PNGs.

There may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the illustration you will receive.

The client must respect that my artistic style cannot be altered.

I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and stylization, and if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

Credit to me, the artist, is required when you post or use it on another platform.

The client is responsible for saving any information, images, and other digital data I provide.

Any file you paid for will be available from me for a finite time only. I take measures to preserve most files for up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.

I am not required to post your project in any public space, and if posted, I am not required to keep it there indefinitely. I have the right to delete or remove any public project, even if you paid for it, as you should have your own copy for personal use.

Feedback of the final product is permitted after completion of the piece, through private messages or comments.

Any comments that are rude, inappropriate, inflammatory, and/or non-constructive may result in blacklisting.

The client is NOT allowed to claim my work as their own.

The client is NOT authorized to change, modify, edit or use my works without my permission.

The client is NOT authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a "base."

Personal use commissions are not for commercial/selling purposes. If the client commissioned a piece for personal use, they are allowed to use the art with proper credit given. The client may use the artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

The client that purchases personal/non-commercial commission reserve the right to print or create a physical reproduction of the artwork as long as it is for your personal use only (NOT for sale).

The client that purchases commercial commissions are able to redistribute the artwork as discussed.

I will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

If the client only has commissioned for personal use, and they would like to use the artwork commercially, they can contact me to discuss it.

The client can NOT cancel or demand a refund after the payment is received.

The only situation in which the client is allowed to cancel the commission, is if the payment hasn’t been sent yet.

The only situation in which the client is allowed to demand a refund of the commission is if I am not able to complete the commission in any way after the payment is received.

Refunds will be paid back 100% of the payment, but the client is not allowed to use the initial sketch.

Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for the client as well as the client's email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

The client is required to contact me when cancelling a commission request.

If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.

However, this also means that you must refrain from sharing any such spoilers yourself.

Using overly sexual poses and showing private parts of the body (nipples, genitalia, etc.)

I can, but I will charge more according to the details you want me to put into.

I can draw some pets and small animals, but it still depends on what animal you want me to draw. If it's beyond my capabilities, I might reject your request.
